He was invited to join the board in February 2004 and elected non-executive Chairman with effect from 1st February 2005. Dr. A. B. C. Orjiako is a medical doctor and Fellow, West African College of Surgeons. He is a successful entrepreneur with interests in varied businesses, which include Energy, Petroleum, Trading, Exploration and Marine Services. He is Chairman/CEO of several high nets worth companies, a Community role model, and an accomplished philanthropist in the area of education. He is the current Chairman of Rangers International Football Club of Enugu. He is a past President, National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) of Nigeria.

MON - Executive Vice Chairman
He joined Pfizer in 1978 as Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. He was appointed Area Sales manager for Lagos/Ogun in 1980 and for the Eastern market in 1981. He became National Sales manager in 1982, Group Sales Manager in 1985, Marketing Manager in 1989 and Pharmaceutical Division Director in 1990. He was promoted Regional Manager (West Africa) and Managing Director, Pfizer Products PLC in June 1993. He was also appointed Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Pfizer Products PLC and Pfizer Specialties Limited. Sam was the lead promoter in the MBO of divested shares of Pfizer Incorporation and the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Worldwide Healthcare Limited, the vehicle used for the MBO. Mazi Ohuabunwa, a registered Pharmacist, is a member of the Institute of Pharmacy Management International, Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, Fellow of the West African Post Graduate College of Pharmacists and Fellow of several other academic and professional bodies. He was decorated Member of the order of Niger (MON) in 2003. He is also an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Columbia University and the Lagos Business School. He is the Pioneer Chairman of the company from inception in 1997 to January 2005. He is currently the President/CEO and Executive Vice Chairman of the company.

Emmanuel joined Pfizer in 1981 as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. He was promoted Marketing Research Manager in 1986, Senior Product Manager (Cardiovasculars) in 1990 and Marketing Manager (Consumer Healthcare Products) in 1993. Emmanuel was elected to the board of Pfizer Products PLC as Director, Consumer Healthcare Business in 1996. He was appointed Vice President, Marketing in 1997 and Senior Vice President (Sales and Marketing) in 2000. He is currently Executive Vice President in charge of Pfizer Products Group (PPG)/ Neimeth Products Group (NPG) and ECOWAS Businesses. A registered Pharmacist, Emmanuel is a Past President of Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) and an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife and Lagos Business School. He is also the current Chairman ASP " Advertising Standards Panel; APCON " Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria; a body charged with vetting and approving adverts nationally; also currently Chairman, HASG - Heads of Advertising Sectoral Groups. He has benefited from several local and offshore management training programmes.

Dona joined Pfizer in 1982 as Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, becoming Marketing Research Manager in 1989. He was appointed Sales Training Manager in 1992. Dona became National Sales Manager in 1994. He was elected to the Pfizer board as Director, Sales and Training in 1996. He became Vice President, Sales and Training in 1997 and Vice President, Corporate Affairs in 2000. He is currently the Chief Operating Director, Neimeth Integrated Services Limited (NISL) with concurrent responsibility for Special Projects and Strategy. Dona is a registered Pharmacist and an alumnus of University of Nigeria, Nsukka and the University of Lagos where he did a PGD (Marketing).

Zak joined Pfizer as a Sales Representative late 1977, was appointed Area Sales Manager North in 1980 and National Sales Manager in 1984 in the Animal Health Division. He became Marketing Manager for Poultry Products in 1993 and was appointed Group Personnel Manager in 1995. Zak was elected to the board as Director, Corporate Affairs in 1997 and Senior Director, Sales Operations and Training in 2000. A beneficiary of several local and offshore management training courses, he is currently Vice President responsible for Human/Corporate Resources, Leader Veterinary Products Group (VPG), and Debt Recovery. Zak is a Medical Biochemist and Member of the Institute Medical Laboratory Sciences, and the Chartered Institutes of Personnel Management and Nigerian Institute of Management.

Kola joined Pfizer in 1975 as a pioneer Microbiologist in the Quality Laboratory of our Oregun Plant. He was promoted Quality Control Supervisor in 1978 and put in charge of Quality Control activities in 1980. He was appointed Purchasing Manager in late 1980 and Distribution/Warehouses Manager in 1990. He became Materials Manager in 1993 and Associate Director, Materials Management in 1999. He was elected to the board in 2003 as Plant Operations Director. Kola is a Member of the Institute of Science Technology.

Kola was invited into the board in a non-executive capacity on 24th February 2004. He brings his vast Sales/Marketing experience of Pharmaceuticals, spanning over 30 years, into the board. A registered Pharmacist and successful entrepreneur Kola, is Chairman of four fast growing Nigerian companies and a board member of several others. He is an alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife.

Nnamdi was invited into the board on 24th February 2004 as a non-executive Director. An alumnus of the University of Maiduguri, he veered into private business quite early and has made very commendable success in a short time. He is into Telecommunications, Petroleum, Broadcasting, and the Hospitality businesses. He is a Director of seven successful companies including Multimesh Broadcasting Company. He belongs to several associations spanning Social, Religious, and Professional endeavours. He is a Past President, Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, and a Fellow of the African Business School.

Omene comes into the board as non-executive Director with strong experience in Engineering setups and systems as well as Management of Human and Enterprise resources. He was deputy MD of Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria and pioneer MD of Niger Delta Development Commission.

Sokomba comes into the board as a non-Executive Director with over thirty five years experience as a University lecturer, in Pharmacology, Administrator, and foremost Research Fellow. He has been very much involved in research activities concerning the development, promotion and commercialization of Nigerian Herbal Medicinal products. He has served on numerous local and international boards/ committees including the National Universities Commission.

MMEJE was appointed Executive Director for Finance. He comes into Neimeth with a formidable experience in Accounting, Banking and the Hospitality industry spanning over thirty years, the last five of which was as Chief Executive Officer. He is expected to ensure adequate supply and management of corporate finance / cash flow to sustain current and future growth projections of the Company.

Ifeoma joined the company in April 2000 as Internal Auditor/Systems Manager from SmithKline Beecham Pharm. PLC. She became Finance Controller/Ag.Company Secretary in 2001. She was appointed Finance Manager in 2004 and currently has responsibility for company Finance, Treasury, Secretariat and IT. She is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA from Delta State University.

Femi joined Pfizer in 1992 as New Product/GMP Coordinator and was appointed Quality Operations Manager in 1997. He was elevated to the position of Production Manager in 2000. He became Associate Director, Technical Services in 2003. He is a 1985 Pharmacy graduate of the University of Ibadan. He also holds an MSc. Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Lagos and currently a member of the Institute of Public Analysts.

Jude joined the company in September 2004 as Medical Manager. He has responsibility for mid-wifing all our new products into fruition and launch as well as all medico-marketing activities of the company. Jude, a medical doctor by training has developed many other positive faces in the Pharma Industry over the years. He has vast Sales and Marketing experiences from several International Pharmaceutical companies. He has an MBA (Business) from UNILAG as well as Associateship of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K., and the Nigerian Institute of Management. He also has an MBA (Insurance and Risk) from ESUT. He is a distinguished alumnus of University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he got his MBBS. He is an expert in medical marketing.
