Currently the business is structured into the following four operational units for greater focus, better result orientation and higher profit growth.

This business group has responsibility for the marketing and sales of all Pfizer branded products, which include household names like Combantrin, TCP, Trosyd, Feldene, Visine, Vibramycin and Diabinese. The group has a total of 24 major products broken into 60 presentations in its portfolio. It accounts for a substantial part of our business volume and profit.

This business group is responsible for the marketing and sales of Neimeth branded products including our flagship home grown product CIKLAVIT for the management of sickle cell disease. The group has responsibility for all newly developed products as well as our branded generics and Alliance products.
It currently has 15 major product groups divided into 39 presentations in its portfolio. Expectedly, this group is the fastest growing group of the businesses both in sales volume and product portfolio. It has high volume products like Normoretic, Antimal, Loxin, Peptard, our “next generation” Clinical thermometers as well as our “stress burster” product:- Homtamin G in its portfolio.
This group represents the future operational direction of our business development strategy.

The precursor company of Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc (Pfizer Products) blazed the trail in Veterinary drug sales in Nigeria. It was in a bid to push poultry drug sales that Pfizer established Livestock
Feeds and Commercial Feedmilling in Nigeria just after independence. Pfizer Veterinary drug were household names in the Animal Health business in Nigeria until 1998.
Neimeth is now poised to re-enter the lucrative Nigerian Animal Health business, which has very robust volume and profit potentials. We expect to regain a controlling market share in a few years. We are introducing our own brand of poultry and large animal range of anthelmintics, as well as production enhancing medicaments very soon. We will also enter into strategic alliances in key disease areas that show great business potentials.

Neimeth is firmly on ground in the Anglophone West African Countries of Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia and the Gambia. Our key products like Ciklavit, Homtamin G; TCP, Antimal and Normoretic have been registered there and are in rising demand. Entry into the Francophone Countries has commenced with product registration formalities. We have a field sales team on ground in Ghana, where demand for Ciklavit and TCP are tremendous.
